Kelly, Hannaford & Battles, P.A. is a Minneapolis-based law firm that practices in the areas of employee benefits, executive compensation and general corporate law. Most of our clients are large employers with complex employee benefit arrangements for their employees. We also represent several financial service companies in connection with benefit plans they administer for customers. The firm was established in February, 1995. Lawyers in the firm previously worked at large Minneapolis law firms, including Faegre & Benson, Dorsey & Whitney, and Oppenheimer, Wolff & Donnelly. One lawyer is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries and formerly managed the retirement plan practice at Mercer Human Resource Consulting’s Minneapolis office. Four of the seven lawyers are shareholders. The firm is governed by a Board of Directors with A. David Kelly as CEO.
