Kelly, Hannaford & Battles P.A. is a Minneapolis-based law firm that practices in the areas of employee benefits, executive compensation, and general corporate law.
In the benefits area, most of our clients are large employers with complex employee benefits arrangements for their employees. We also represent several financial service companies in connection with benefit plans they service for customers.
In the corporate law area, our clients include public and private companies, banks, broker/dealers and private investors.
Our history
The firm was established in February 1995. Our founding attorneys previously worked with large Minneapolis firms. All of our attorneys bring experience, knowledge and a history of achieving favorable results.
Four of our seven lawyers are shareholders and the firm is governed by a Board of Directors with A. David Kelly as CEO.
