Jule has practiced law since 1981. Jule is head of the firm’s business law practice. He maintains a broad business practice, acting as lead outside counsel for private and small public companies. He advises clients on a wide range of business matters, including corporate governance, federal and state securities laws, employment law, financing transactions and dispute resolution. Jule is a former law clerk for the Minnesota Supreme Court. He has repeatedly been named a “Super Lawyer” by Minnesota Law & Politics, and has been listed as one of the top 40 “Super Lawyers” in business and commercial transactions law.
