Following graduation from Harvard Law School in 1973, Dave joined the employee benefits department at Faegre & Benson. In 1990, he moved to Oppenheimer, Wolff & Donnelly, where he headed Oppenheimer’s employee benefits practice group. In 1995, Dave, along with Tony Battles and Jule Hannaford, established Kelly, Hannaford & Battles P.A. Throughout his career, Dave has worked exclusively in the employee benefits/executive compensation area. In addition, Dave currently serves as trustee and Chairman of the Minnesota Museum of American Art in St. Paul. He formerly served as Chair of the Voyageurs National Park Association and the St. Paul Boys and Girls Club, and as a trustee of the Union Gospel Mission and Carleton College.
